  Charges extra for adding or replacing ingredients but will not give a discount they omitted any of them or if you ask that some be left out. If you ask them to correct an order for missing ingredients, they will simply tell you "we were out." If they get the order completely wrong, you will be asked to pay again to get the correct one. Two out of three times the order will be wrong. Food is just ok, place lacks the ability to provide proper customer service and make common sense decisions. The coffee is good.
